About
Compleigh is an independent managed compliance service for care homes, clinical practices and residential buildings in the United Kingdom.
Why we exist
Getting a building compliant is a project. Keeping it compliant is a routine: dates that come round, contractors to book, certificates to read, actions to close. It is rarely anyone’s whole job, and that is where things slip.
Compleigh was founded to do that routine properly. It grew out of years spent in managed IT services, where a team looks after something a business depends on, every day, for a fixed fee and to an agreed standard. Compliance for regulated premises needs exactly that and seldom has it.
So we work the same way. A register that is always current. Work arranged before it is due. Evidence checked, not just filed. And a team behind it, so nothing depends on one person.
How we work
We are paid only by our clients. We do not carry out inspections or repairs, and we take no commission from contractors, so we can check their work without a conflict of interest.
We tell you what is in order, what is not and what needs deciding, in language a busy manager can act on.
The work is done by a team, to documented processes, so it carries on whoever is away.
We confirm that records are complete, consistent and evidenced. We never claim to certify a building, and responsibility for compliance stays with you.
The name
Compleigh is pronounced like the place names Leigh and Raleigh. The small red square in our name stands for one detail, watched closely, which is a fair summary of the work.
Tell us about your premises and how compliance is handled today. We will explain how we would work alongside your team, and what it would cost.
