Plans

A fixed annual fee, billed monthly.

Every plan covers every premises requirement. The plans differ in how much we do and how much you see, not in what is left out.

  • Essentials

Every requirement registered, booked and checked. For those who want the fundamentals handled.

  • Complete

Adds monthly cross checks, a live dashboard and remedial work managed through to completion. The plan we recommend for most.

  • Partnership

Adds standards updates, wider tracking, inspection support and a quarterly review. Suited to groups and multi site operators.

In context

Three ways to handle compliance.

Premises compliance is usually handled in one of three ways. This is how they compare.

Left with a manager

A registered or practice manager handles it alongside everything else.

What it costs

No invoice, but real time. Five hours a week is more than 250 hours a year of a senior person’s attention.

When someone is away

The work waits until they are back.

Who checks the records

The same person who keeps them.

Knowledge

Picked up alongside the main job.

A coordinator you employ

A dedicated member of staff, on your payroll.

What it costs

A salary averaging around £28,000 a year, before employer costs, recruitment and training.

When someone is away

The work waits, unless you arrange cover.

Who checks the records

The same person who keeps them.

Knowledge

Depends on the individual, and leaves with them.

Compleigh

A team that does the work for you, as a managed service.

What it costs

A fixed annual fee for each premises: from £3,600 a year for a care home on our Complete plan, billed monthly.

When someone is away

Covered within our team. The work continues.

Who checks the records

A team with no stake in the result, on every certificate.

Knowledge

It is the whole of our work.

The salary figure is the average reported by UK salary surveys for compliance coordinators in 2026. The manager’s time is an illustration; yours may be more or less.

How it works

Simple terms.

Plans run for twelve months at a fixed annual fee, billed in equal monthly payments, so the cost is predictable and the same every month.

  • You can move up a plan at any time. Moving down happens at renewal.
  • New premises can join at any point during the year.
  • If a premises is sold, it can leave the agreement with thirty days’ notice.
  • You keep your own contractors and pay them directly.

Occasional extras

Monthly report on Essentials
The monthly report and score, added to an Essentials plan.
Pre inspection review
A full cross check and evidence pack ahead of an expected inspection.
Records recovery
Sorting a large backlog, for example after a change of manager or ownership.
Remedial project coordination
Managing a larger programme of work, such as replacing fire doors across a building.

We will recommend the plan that fits.

Tell us about your premises and we will suggest the right plan and confirm a fee. For most, that is Complete.
